2. Products and Services

We sell fine jewellery, including gold necklaces, diamond rings, and custom designs. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including their materials, weights, and dimensions.

We may change or discontinue products at any time. A change will not affect an order that we have already confirmed.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, and PayPal. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and some payment methods, such as Tabby, have their own terms and conditions that apply when you use them.
  • We take care to display correct prices, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing error in an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We may update our prices at any time, but a price change does not affect an order that we have already confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across the UAE and to selected countries internationally. Availability, estimated delivery times, and shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed of any significant delay.
  • Our Shipping and Delivery Policy sets out the full terms for delivery, including delivery verification, customs duties and import charges, and what to do if your order is damaged or lost. It forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, text, and other content on this website, and the trademarks shown on it, are owned by or licensed to Aldya Designer Jewels and are protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Privacy Policy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it. By using this website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the products you purchase.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website or your orders, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first using the details in the “Contact Us” section, and we will try to resolve it with you in good faith. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction over the dispute, without affecting any right you have under UAE law to bring a complaint to a consumer protection authority or to bring a claim in another court where the law gives you that right.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, services, or the law. The updated Terms take effect when we post them on this website, and the “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when they were most recently changed. If we make a significant change, we will tell you in advance, for example by email or a notice on our website.

The Terms that applied when you placed an order continue to apply to that order. By continuing to use this website after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
